Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a family with young children living below, so some everyday noises may be heard. This is a sunny studio like apartment with new split AC, private entrance, private bath, kitchenette with sink, small private deck with pretty distant water views...gentle breezes. This extra large area IN MY HOME is perfect for a summer or weekend getaway. Walk to Easton's Beach just about 3/4 miles away. Second Beach is close at 1.5 miles away. Downtown Newport is about 2 miles from house. There are several steps which lead to door so you must be able to walk up about 15 steps.

This quiet but spacious loft is on the 3rd floor of our home. 2 mile's from downtown and the beach. It is serene and quaint with a new queen size bed, a love seat couch, small kitchen table, good size bathroom. It's perfect for a couple or two friends who are willing to share a bed who want to enjoy our fun town but prefer a good night sleep in peace. Off street parking available for one car. Your loft has a locked door that you enter a key code (given day before).

Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

Quiet neighborhood walking/ biking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.
