Am Walde is the perfect mountain escape for family and friends looking to bathe in nature on the ‘Balcony of the Montafon’. From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Am Walde is a magical place for everyone.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Wir sind Christina (Designerin) und Matthias (Fotograf) und lieben die Berge, die Verbindung zur Natur und die Schönheit der Architektur. Unsere Vision war es, diesen wunderschönen Ort für euch zugänglich zu machen und euch die Möglichkeit zu bieten, bewusst in der Natur zu entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist bewusst minimalistisch und dennoch komfortabel gestaltet.

Pures modernes alpines Traditionserlebnis im Herzen des Paznaun - Inspirierend, überraschend, einzigartig ÜBER DIE VILLEN Glänzend wie drei geschliffene, schwarze Diamanten, natürlich integriert in der Paznauner Harmonie, wurden drei Bergvillen gebaut. Diese Villen setzen neue Standards für exklusives, kontemporäres, alpines Wohnen.

Ferienhaus im Biosphärenpark Großes Walsertal

Lage mitten im Biosphärenpark "Großes Walsertal" in nächster Nähe zum "Seewaldsee" diversen Wanderwegen und einem der größten Schigebiete Vorarlbergs. Der nächste Ort ist Fontanella, welches mit dem Auto keine 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Das Haus wurde 1974 von unseren Großeltern erbaut und steht auf dem Fundament der damaligen Schule.
