Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. A short drive to the beach. 5 minutes max. Easy to bike to, but a little far to walk

Guest House is about 3-5 miles from the beach, the Naval base and the Coast Guard base. It's approximately 4 miles to Mayo Clinic. The ICW bridge is walking distance from our property. The property backs up to the woods and a stream runs through the back yard. It is very peaceful. There is a private parking driveway just for guests. Note: No pets allowed. Note: Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property.
