This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

This is a traditional 3 deck luxury fully crewed custom yacht, available in Madeira Beach/Treasure Island/Downtown St Pete. We are happy to arrange a crewed charter for you during your stay! Close to everything and also very quiet and private at the same time. There are 3 full bedrooms with private full bathrooms each room. We can make arrangements for many catering options on board. Full kitchen is available private chef available upon request.

Looking for a truly unique and fun experience, spend a few days, weeks or months on our 40 ft mini yacht, docked in harbor. Enjoy calm and peace with all the comforts of home, with added dolphin sightings swimming by. We keep two days between bookings and use a professional cleaning crew to clean and sanitize to the Airbnb COVID Standards. We provide the checklist upon request.
