On the balkony you can admire the wonderful colours of the skay all day long and especially during the sunset. If you dream of peacufull nights by the see then that's the right place for you. Pines Beach House is located on the beach of Livadi, the main town of Serifos Island. It is walking distance to the port and all the seaside shops, bars and restaurants that it offers. The house comprises of an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Large verandas with sea views and a garden with outdoor dining and lounge chairs are ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Α beautiful Cycladic house , located on the rocks , only one meter from the sea ! Words are not enough to describe the view of the Agean sea ,Kamares bay and the unique location! The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Newly renovated traditional house in Kato Chora - Serifos. Living room with a kitchen , 2 double beds , bathroom and a private patio. Can accomodate 4 ppl. Really quiet area with residents. Bars and restaurants aprox 5 min walking. Around to everything. There is street parking which is usually available (not guaranteed). Port is 5 minutes drive away or 20’ hike away. The beach only 5 min driving (1,3 km). The bus stop is 2 min away.

Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ακόμη ένα μόνο σπίτι, που ανήκει σε μία φιλική και ήσυχη οικογένεια με παιδάκια. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν επίσης δύο ταβερνάκια, mini market και αναψυκτήριο.
