The town centre of Chamonix is a 20 minute amble along the beautiful river path or a free 5 minute bus ride away.

The day bed in this room turns into a comfortable single bed. Next door is the double bedroom. You are guaranteed a great night's sleep in the antique brass bed. The shower room with copper sink, shower cubicle and toilet is en-suite to the bedroom. Guests can sit by the river and enjoy a barbecue or a good rest!

Idéal pour un couple ou un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants.

L'appartement se situe au premier étage de notre ferme avec propriétaire au rez de chaussé et doté d un parking privé et terrasse privée. Situé a 15 minutes de Chamonix Mont Blanc .

Mon appartement de 40m2 bénéficie d un grand confort et d une ambiance cosy et chaleureuse. Il est situé au 3ème et dernier étage (sans ascenseur). Son balcon orientation Est/Sud/Ouest vous offre une magnifique vue panoramique sur le Mont Blanc, le Mont Joli.... A proximité de Chamonix, les Houches, Saint Gervais, Megève et à 10 mn de Plaine Joux (ski, parapente, randonnée...). Navette au pied de l'immeuble.

Calme, exposition sud-ouest (terrasse), ultra facile d'accès, neuf, lumineux, et gai. A proximité de tous les sites touristiques, il est idéal pour rayonner dans le Pays du Mont Blanc.
