Welcome to CH Apartments Sevilla! We are in a historical building from 1850 located in the heart of Seville. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the second floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The living room and bedroom have a balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian plaza in the city center. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace open from 5th April to 2nd November. On this terrace we have a refreshing Jacuzzi-pool, solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay in this wonderful city. It is perfect for couples or 2 people, although it has the option of a two-seater sofa bed, so that up to 4 people can enter the apartment without problem. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, utensils included of course. The room has two beds with everything you need to avoid getting cold (although here we like the heat a lot and you may not need to pull the blanket, but we leave that to your choice!). Finally, in the living room you will have a sofa bed for two people and a TV to fall asleep if you have a sleepless night. By the way, free WIFI included! If you have an emergency and need to wash something, don't worry, in the common areas we have a free washing machine at the customer's disposal.
