Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. The townhouse is located on a quiet residential one way street. Oakham has stunning historical architecture, i.e a castle, quaint independent shops, pubs and restaurants are moments from the door. A short walk from the railway station. It is ideal for couples or families. A short drive is Rutland Water and is the largest man made lake in Europe 26 miles circumference and hosts many outdoor pursuits such as walking, cycling and bird watching.

Lovely peaceful rural location, dog friendly, enclosed garden. Central to Melton Mowbray, Oakham and Grantham and Belvoir Castle. Within easy reach of Rutland, Stamford, Burghley, Newark and surrounding areas. Sleeping 3 people with the option of another person on a Z bed. Lockable out building ideal for bikes or other outdoor belongings. Due to the stairs and downstairs bathroom not suitable for people with restricted mobility.
