The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

La casa é situata tra Palermo e l’aeroporto, dal quale si arriva in pochi minuti, è a piano terra nel centro storico del paese di fronte al porticciolo . La scogliera è a soli 100 metri. La spiaggia dista 400 metri facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e anche in bici. Dalla casa è possibile raggiungere a piedi, supermercati, farmacia, bar, ristoranti e la fermata del bus e/o della metropolitana che permette di raggiungere Palermo o l'aeroporto in soli 25 minuti.
