D & D’s Place

The home is located in "CATSKILL PARK", only five mile away from the #1 most visited state park in New York, "NORTH SOUTH LAKE" where you can camp, picnic, hike, swim, sail, canoe, kayak or just experience the beautiful view of the "CATSKILL MOUNTAINS". The apartment is very spacious, secluded and safe with plenty of room for children to play. We have enjoyed this area most of our life's and have raised our kids up here, so I am sure you will too! We have 2 lovable pups that live on site.

Conveniently located in the Hudson Valley Wine and Orchard country. Twenty minutes from Beacon and New Paltz. Furnished with mid-century and 18th century period furniture and art work, yet with all the modern conveniences. Uber and Lift an easy five minutes away. The ancient forest contains many Stone Age rock shelters and calendar sites.

This private apartment, with its own entrance, is attached to one end of our house. The apt door and our front door are separated by a long patio. Please be advised: We do not give discounts or refunds for issues related to inclement weather. If there are issues with your reservation, or last minute cancellations, that will be reviewed on a case by case basis with Airbnb. While we love kids and pets, we cannot accommodate them here. Welcome to Sunny Hill Road ! We are located in a small community of private homes in an open space overlooking the mountains. This one bedroom unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Catskills. Relax on the private deck or inside with amazing views from every window. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook a full meal and then enjoy it in the dining room overlooking the mountains. It is quiet and restful here, amazingly beautiful in all four seasons!

Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Head up the old rear staircase around the back of a quaint 100 year old farmhouse. Stairs are a little steep. There is a kitchenette with a two burner stove, sink and under counter fridge. There is one full bath with a shower stall. In the living area there is a day bed with an extra twin mattress underneath. There is wireless internet for your use as well. It is 25 minutes to ski areas.

We are walking distance to everything the village has to offer, accessible by bus for those that want a getaway without a car, we are in walking distance from Trailways bus stop in Margaretville. Close to skiing, golf, hiking, fishing, hunting, and wedding venues. Great for all seasons!
