The house was an Ochaya (literally "tea house")before and we renovated it, which is an establishment where patrons are entertained by geisha. We kept the original structure and make it much more modern and comfortable. The river in front of the house is the must-see in Kyoto changing from cherry bloom to maples. RakuyaKarasumaGojo was built in 1907. It was renovated as a guest house with a wooden two-story gable roof, a frontage of 4.5m, and a depth of 7.2m. The floor plan is shown in the end of photos.
