The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Walking distance to 2 pubs.

Barsham Old Hall Cowshed

The Old Hall Cow Shed is located on an idyllic organic smallholding surrounded by woodland in the beautiful Broads National Park. It is ideal for a family break, for small groups of cyclists or walkers or for a quiet break for a couple. It is fully equipped but does NOT have a TV. There are games, books, music, fresh air and an amazing pub just 15 minutes walk across the marshes. The accommodation has solar PV, solar water heating, a wood burning stove and is insulated with sheep's wool.

Our Cosy cottage is located between the lovely market towns of Beccles Bungay & Halesworth. Quiet village with its historic church is Ideally situated and only 20 mins from the Suffolk coast, Norwich,Norfolk Broads and all the local attractions such as Lattitude, Snape Maltings, Aldburgh Carnival. We are 10 mins from St Peters Brewery also The raw milk shed is 10 mins away where Baron Bigod cheese is made, 2 mins on is The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation museum. Sizewell is 20 miles from us.

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Hidden within woodland on our Waveney Valley farm and lovingly shaped around living trees, it is a deeply romantic hideaway designed for slow mornings and candlelit evenings. Glowing stained glass, bespoke woodcraft and storybook details create an intimate, enchanting escape — secluded, soulful and utterly unforgettable. Strictly no pets, but you’re very welcome to borrow ours.

This recently renovated modern split level apartment is part of an historic building in the heart of the attractive market town of Beccles, a short walk from a multitude of activities. Formerly a 19th-century gentry residence, it offers olde world charm mixed with modern amenities with Twyfords Cafe serving great homemade food conveniently on the ground floor. Pubs, restaurants, shops, boating on the river and outdoor lido on the doorstep. Excellent coastal walks a 20-minute drive.

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.
