Ia mempunyai laluan berturap yang sangat besar dan boleh meletakkan beberapa bot atau treler RV dengan ruang yang lebih! Bilik peralatan di garaj juga disertakan dengan sewaan. Tasik ini sesuai untuk berenang atau sukan air lain. Tapak ini mempunyai ruang untuk RV atau khemah. Banyak ruang untuk bermain. Serambi belakang adalah tempat yang sesuai untuk berteduh dan membaca. Penginapan minimum lima malam pada bulan Julai dan Ogos, melainkan terdapat kekosongan antara penginapan yang dijadualkan. Penginapan minimum tiga malam pada bulan luar musim.
