This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

Coiler creek cottage is a renovated farmhouse self contained with no neighbors for 500 m. Free WiFi. Air conditioned. Just relax in the country or walk along the creek bank. Fully furnished with linen supplied, well equipped kitchen just bring your own food or go out for meals at Deloraine or Sheffield. Bay Tree Cottage is your home away from home. This 1889 cottage is Full of character, The house has been beautifully decorated to welcome its new guests. Situated in the heart of Deloraine and three doors up from Deloraines best cafe and deli. The local supermarket is just a block away for all your grocery needs or explore Deloraine’s local restaurants. Just across the road is the information centre and museum with friendly staff to help you with your travel needs.
