Life is better on the summit! 1 mile from the entrance to Sierra at Tahoe Ski Resort. Sitting on an acre of natural meadow and marsh land, the property includes the American River headwaters. Enjoy our remodeled interior w/ fireplace and rear deck with hot tub & fire pit. In the winter, we get a lot more snow than in the basin. Typically 15 min to the Y and 25 min to Stateline. Note the cabin is *on* Hwy 50 (some road noise) and is not "in town". This gets you closer to Sac and Sierra at Tahoe.

Our Strawberry Cabin is the perfect place for a get away! The South Fork of the American River is just across the street. Lover's Leap and other hikes are right out the front door. Lake Tahoe is 25 min away, but there are several smaller lakes just a few minutes drive from the front door. You might choose to relax by the fire or out on the deck and find you never want to leave the area! Near Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe and Kirkwood and ten minute drive to South Lake's best beaches. After a day of adventure, return to relax in the hot tub or cozy up around the fireplace with one of our board games.

Our place is close to skiing at Kirkwood, Sierra, Heavenly (all within 30 minutes or less). A 15 minute drive (depending on traffice) will take you to Lake Tahoe for summer on the water. Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Enjoy your own private studio, with private entrance on a quiet street surrounded by National Forest. The studio has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom, lounge area with a gas fire place and kitchenette. We are surrounded by lots of great mountain bike/hiking trails, 15 minutes to the lake, and three ski resorts within a thirty minute drive. Perfect location for a fun stay.

Our place is conveniently located between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly ski areas with access for hiking and bike paths. 5-10 min. to lakes, restaurants, beaches, casinos and shopping. This detached unit is tastefully decorated and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Direct TV and WIFI surrounded by peaceful gardens. There are 8 steps down to the unit.

Large private suite with private entrance. Unit includes a large private bathroom and kitchenette which includes a toaster oven, hotplate,coffee maker,and fridge. (Coffee is provided) Our Christmas Valley home has access to hiking and biking trails right out the front door. Suite is on second floor and is accessed by outdoor stairs.
