Subito fuori dalla residenza si trova la fermata dei bus con collegamenti a tutta l'Engadina e Chiavenna e della navetta gratuita per il comprensorio sciistico Corvatsch. Supermarket, panetteria, bar, ristoranti e centro sportivo sul lago (piste di pattinaggio, hockey, kite e windsurd) raggiungibili a piedi.
