Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Ocean Drive (36m²) comprises of an open sleeping area with double bed (160 x 200), a kitchenette equipped with an electric cooker and fridge, a bathroom with shower, heating, smart TV. It furthermore includes a dining table, a large outside terrace/patio overlooking the pool. Guests may make use of the outside BBQ, the OFYR outdoor cooking, Wood fired (pizza) oven, basket field, pool and the outdoor bar. Excellent Internet connection (320Mbps). Work table and chair available.

Tucked between forest and ocean in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, this peaceful studio is part of our small, family-run guesthouse in Almoçageme. In addition to renovating the home, we've spent the past few years slowly but surely converting the land to a productive family farm.
