Perfectly nestled on top of a hill in the stunning Welsh valleys with some picturesque sunsets you'll have the ideal base camp for your next adventure. With the breathtaking Brecon Beacons ready to be explored, Cwmcarn Forest's mountain bike trails just down the road, picture perfect waterfalls and more you'll be spoilt for choice. With arterial roads linking you to Newport and Cardiff via the M4 or allowing easy access to the Welsh valleys it is very easy and convenient to get around by car.

Blaenavon Log Cabin in the town of Big Pit

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space, close the curtains, light the log fire and chill to some music or maybe watch a film of your choice on Netflix. The cabin in situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons close to the market town of Abergaveny, with walks, Cycle rides including mountain biking, cold water swimming. The cabin as heating on at all times, but if you want that wow factor, light up the log fire and just relax. (If you have never lit a log burner we can show you how to do it)

It is now an artist’s house- renovated and eclectically styled for a comfortable stay- you are invited to rest and listen to the river, before exploring the stories and histories on your green and pleasant doorstep. Nature reserves, pubs and shops are walkable, Brecon Beacons, Newport, Cardiff and Abergavenny drivable. Welcome home.

Our cottage is a lounge/Kitchen that is light & airy with French doors leading to the patio, I supply milk, Tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, cake, biscuits, We have a washing machine & Tumble dryer in the kitchen, These are NOT for use of one Night Stays, Only for guests staying 4 days or longer. Upstairs, double bedroom, TV, Hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, bedside cabinets lamps, Iron & ironing Board. Bathroom bath & overhead shower, I supply Towels, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner & toilet rolls,

The Studio at Penyrheol Farm

Relaxing stylish studio located on the mountain with picturesque walks on your doorstep. The Studio is attached to our smallholding however you have your own entrance along with private parking and garden. Please note this is part of our home so ideal for relaxing, walkers/cyclists or couples who want to relax but not to party, loud music etc, we respect our neighbours and therefore our quiet hours are 10pm- 6am. The hot tub is only available until 9.30pm and only quiet music. *No pets*

Bwthyn Bach (little cottage) is our beautiful, self-contained studio, boasting incredible sunset views of the Brecon Beacons and Pen-y-Fan from your bedside. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, with patio and garden facilities accessible. Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.

Beautiful 1 bedroom self-catering cottage. Situated within a stunning barn conversion, complete with gallery and cafe. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher. The en-suite has a bath & shower. We are happy for you to bring your lovely pets, the outdoor private area for the cottage is not fully enclosed sadly but we do have a paddock you can use and there are plenty of fab dog walking/swimming spots locally.

Cascade House stands in approximately 1.5 acres of mature gardens with extensive parking. The house is located down a 0.2 miles farm lane. We have plenty of secure storage for bicycles. Ample parking available in a gated and secure area.
