Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Ideal for a family or group. You will love this private and serene home, 3 miles from Skaneateles village. Spacious enough to spread out for privacy. The location is very close to many wedding venues. The Sinclair, the Lodge at Welch Allyn, Aster Lane etc. Spend some time touring the Fingerlakes wineries, swimming the lakes in the summertime, apple and pumpkin picking in the Fall, Skaneateles Dickens Christmas in December, and ice fishing in the winter. Enjoy the Holidays with seasonal decor.

Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee.
