We have built our very roomy home to resemble a barn. Having raised our 13 children here we have some empty space. This spacious home located in a safe, quiet neighborhood features two bedrooms upstairs with king and queen beds, two rooms down with three queen beds, two family rooms, each featuring televisions with local stations and wi-fi, two bathrooms, laundry, fully furnished kitchen, three season porch, office, one car attached garage with opener. Ammenities include wi-fi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fenced yard, outdoor gas grill, central air-conditioning, water softner and weekly house cleaning.

Hilltop Studio Apt.

Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.

Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

The local gas station/convenience store, a restaurant, and a few local bars that also serve food are only few blocks away. Located on the edge of town, which means hardly any noise. Almost perfectly placed halfway between Omaha and Sioux City, and only 2 miles away from I29.

D'Brick House in Wayne

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom one bath main floor unit. We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.
