Your family will be close to many of the unique amenities that East Texas has to offer. This home is: 10 minutes from TYLER ROSE HORSE PARK, 3 miles from Miranda Lambert's PINK PISTOL, 35 minutes from FIRST MONDAY TRADES DAY in Canton, 30 minutes to the nightlife in downtown Tyler. This home can accommodate eight guests and features a fenced yard for your furry friends. We welcome dogs (pet fee required) but they are not allowed on furniture or in beds to ensure a clean environment for all.

Centrally located in Lindale, yet back off a quiet street with a peaceful, fenced backyard with driveway parking. Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome! (Prior approval needed for more). It’s a quick walk to "The Cannery" which hosts Miranda Lambert's Pink Pistol and Red 55 Winery as well as Texas Music City Grill. Beautiful Darden Park and nearby dog park are also walking distance. It's also just a short drive to the quaint town of Mineola, the Texas Rose Horse Park and Canton First Mondays.

Welcome to our cozy cottage, located in the historical Azalea District in Tyler. The cottage was built in 1946, lovingly restored in 2021 and in the spring of 2026, a brand new two-bath remodel showcasing genuine Delft Blue tiles/tile paintings. Tall windows dominate all of the rooms, letting in light that is filtered through the shade of two 80-year-old live oak trees in the front and the pecan tree in the back. We love clean. These are wonderfully convenient accomodations during Azalea Trails, Rose Festival, Canton First Monday and other East Texas favorites. By appointment, you can take a stroll through my Holly Cottage Gardens, an English garden registered in the Archives of American Gardens at the Smithsonian Institution.

Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
