Este vecindario se encuentra a un paso del Parc Natural del Montgrí, las Illes Medes y el BaixTer y a pocos km de las playas de l'Escala y Montgó. Un jardín con plantas autóctonas y una zona de párking privado se encuentran frente a la casa. La casa de tres plantas, tiene una entrada con un pequeño jardín y una pérgola.
