Welcome to Studio Solare, with a stunning view in the heart of Portorož. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 15 minutes to medieval town Piran. Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

The holiday house South Tyrol welcomes you in the middle of the lake, hiking and cycling area on Lake Wörthersee. The centre of Velden with the casino can be reached from the holiday house after 2.5 km. Nearby are three restaurants and a large beach at the lake with a playground. The lakeside resort is easily reachable on foot with a distance of 1 km. The house is situated directly on hiking and pilgrim routes such as the Wörthersee Rundwanderweg or the Marian pilgrimage route.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

De studio appartementen zijn gelegen in de Vipava Vallei, dicht bij de kust in het westen van Slovenië. We hebben hier ons droomhuis gerenoveerd en er in 2025 twee studio appartementen gerealiseerd. Vanuit jouw appartement loop je zo het Natura2000 Trnovo gebied in, maar ook het dorp is dichtbij voor boodschappen of een drankje.

Parkirišče poleg studia. V studiu se nahaja popolnoma opremljena kuhinja,tv, klima naprava, pred njim pa je lepa pokrita terasa. Vabljeni.
