A spacious and bright 45 m² studio located in the heart of Pärnu, overlooking the Town Hall. It’s perfect for those who want to stay close to cafés, shops, the theatre and main attractions, while still enjoying peace and quiet — the apartment faces the courtyard and the building is calm. Kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction stove, dishes, pans, and utensils — perfect for cooking at home. Dining area with a round table can also serve as a workspace — guests say it’s great both for meals and laptop use. Living area includes a sofa bed (140×200), large flat-screen TV, and a cozy atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea or exploring the city. Sleeping area features a large, soft bed (160×200) with two pillow sets and fresh-smelling linens that guests frequently mention. Blackout curtains ensure good rest even during the day. Bathroom is spacious and bright, with all essentials — a comfortable place to refresh and unwind. The apartment offers fast Wi-Fi and free courtyard parking (subject to availability). Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on 4 korterit ja peab arvestama ka naabritega. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkunurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Korter mahutab 2 külalist. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250 m). Korter asub tänava ääres.

This is a simple log cabin. Nothing fancy!! If you enjoy country vibe, this house is for you! House is located just outside the summer capital PARNU : right on the coast. Beach is within a walking distance ( 500m). Located next to LOTTEMAA Kids Theam Park 500m from the house. Golf Course- 2km Spa-jacuzzi for Sept, October for extra cost . We disconnect outside jacuzzi due to the freezing weather in Oct.

The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
