Motovun Bellevue - amazing view, comfortable

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Peaceful Villa with breathetaking view

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Novi renovirani apartman nalazi se u prizemlju i ima zaseban ulaz. Objekt se sastoji od spavaće sobe, kupatila te dnevnim boravkom sa kuhinjom. Kuhinja je opremljena perilicom za suđe, pećnicom, hladnjakom, zamrzivačem, aparatom za kavu i kuhalom. Ispred ulaza nalazi se terasa sa prekrasnim pogledom na Oprtalj, šume i vinograde. Parking je osiguran u sklopu apartmana. Najbliža plaža je na 22 km. U Oprtlju se nalazi trgovina, kafić i konoba. Nekoliko agroturizama je u blizini.

Stara kamena kuća u naselju Jakusi , 2 km od Oprtlja adaptirana je 2021g. Vikendica raspolaže sa kuhinjom, dnevnim boravkom, 2 sobe i 3 kupatila. Prikladno za 4 osobe, a uz prethodnu najavu i nadoplatu mogu još 2 koje će biti smještene na pomoćnom ležaju, kapacitet do 6 osoba. Smještaj se nalazi na 1.katu. Our house is a perfect choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life. The accommodation is part of the family tourist farm "Pod staro figo/Under the Old Fig Tree". It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

As a part of a eclectically refurbished 18th century house built on top of the second defence wall with a breathtaking view of the tranquil surroundings -vineyards and olive yards spread over the hills scattered with sleepy little villages, and overlooking rooftops of the houses in the neighborhood…

Biodynamic Farm Dragonja in pristine nature

Biodynamic Farm Dragonja - Olive Grove offers a unique, relaxing stay in a house not far from the village. The house is surrounded by 2 hectares of private land, where you can admire untouched nature, relax to the sound of birdsong and chirping crickets, and immerse yourself in the scents of trees, immortelle, and lavender. Above the house is a walking trail, and below it flows a stream. Perfect peace and privacy.

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. The house was an old peasant cottage renovated to modern standards with pool. The whole property is for your sole use. The only and nearest house is 50 meters away, but there is olive grove in between so you cannot see the neighbours and vice versa. The house is situated on the hill and you have direct view of Motovun and Mirna valley.
