Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Studio 46 is newly re-opened! Having shutdown over the covid years, we took some time to do a few improvements. The Studio is an open & spacious private space for 2 guests in Burlington's South End. It's within a couple miles of the Church Street Marketplace & Waterfront events, and walking distance to the Pine Street Arts District, Craft Breweries, City Beaches & the bike path. This along with the convenient access to Interstate 89 makes it a great location for your next Burlington visit.

Nestled in the center of South Burlington, Snugnuff offers a tranquil retreat just steps away from vibrant shops, restaurants, and public transportation options and the international airport. Discover the serene beauty of Lake Champlain or embark on thrilling skiing adventures at nearby resorts. Perfect for concert goers, people trying to catch a flight, and golf enthusiasts. Whether seeking adventure or relaxation, Snugnuff provides the perfect space. We do have cats and dogs on the property.

Large2-bedroom unit w/ large living room & laundry

Forget your worries in this spacious and private space. This unit is located on the 1st floor of 2 stories house with its own front door. Enter into a large living room with big screen TV, fireplace, dining area and large laundry/food area. It will provide you comfortable space to rest after outdoor activities. There is potential for noise from the unit above but we ask all residents to observe quiet hours from 10pm to 6am weekdays and 11pm to 9am weekends. (not suitable for kids under 10).

We added a new kitchen floor and tiled bathtub walls recently and are proud of our 4.88 star rating.

Cozy Landing- Near Airport and Burlington

The guesthouse is in a separate building located behind a single family home. It is a dual story building with a studio apartment on the second floor and a sitting/play area on the first. There is one queen sized bed, bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. We have been told the steps to the second floor are steep which may be difficult for some.
