The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

Originally built in 1828, Culmer Cottage was restored into a modern sea side home. It is close to groceries, restaurants, and the fishing dock. Its central location on the island permits easy access north or south. My cottage is fully equipped including beach towels and chairs, and a full kitchen. Ceiling fans in all rooms. You’ll love my place because of the gorgeous view and the expansive back deck with a heated salt water infinity pool that is perfect for watching sunsets. The swimming and snorkeling are great off the back of the house.
