Its setting within a landscaped cobbled courtyard provides privacy. Parking is located beneath the building, and the apartment is well-insulated with underfloor heating powered by an eco-friendly air source heat pump.

The Loft at Newnham Lodge

In the middle of our farm, the Loft is a detached, self-contained first floor apartment accessed via an external oak staircase. There are 2 bedrooms, a huge bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower, a galley kitchen (two ring hob, microwave and combi oven/grill), and ample living space. The Loft sleeps a max of 4 people with either 2 superkings OR one superking and 2 singles. A cot is also available. There is a dining table, sofas with TV, and a flat-screen TV in each bedroom.

The Rabbit Hutch

Self contained studio annex in a quiet Oxfordshire village pub. Sits within easy reach of Banbury,silverstone,and the Coltswolds. Just off the M40. The Rabbit hutch sleeps upto 2 adults. Features: four poster bed in a stylish living space with kitchenette/diner (with washing machine and dishwasher), and bathroom with bath and over bath shower. (Access is not suitable for people with mobility issues). The pub offers a unique dining experience with peaceful outdoor spaces and country walks.

Quiet, comfortable, spacious, walk to MK station.

The apartment occupies part of the ground floor of my house, it has its own door. It is large, beautifully finished and well equipped. There are many restaurants, pubs and sports facilities within a few minutes walk. I am on hand to help if you need it. Loughton village is close to the city centre yet has lots of old world charm with two pubs that were posting houses on the Watling Street and a variety of places to eat in walking distance.

Set in large gardens, within easy distance of Brackmills, Northampton, Towcester (Silverstone) and Milton Keynes. We shall greet you on arrival and make sure all is right, but after that you can have keys and independent access so you can come and go as you wish.
