This house, uniquely built near ground level, allows it to be waterfront on the beach while shaded by huge pine trees. You won't find a more tranquil setting on the beach.

We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. Unit 206 is a BAYSIDE unit. Gulf Gate Resort is a BEACHFRONT complex. Our unit has a washer/dryer, full kitchen, assigned covered parking next to the elevator. Down the elevator and your just a few steps to the beach! Amenities include an Exercise Room, Free Wi-Fi (5G ), secured entrance/elevator, Beach Front Pool, Pavilion w/ Gas Grills & Hot Tub leading to your Private Beach. Max 4-person occupancy is strictly enforced. NO PETS are allowed on the Resort.
