You will love being in a quiet cul de sac, parking outside the house. Only a 20 minute walk into Sutton Coldfield, and Good Hope Hospital, via Newhall Valley Country Park. Sutton Park is nearby, which is a beautiful, 2400 acre National Nature Reserve. There are buses and trains within a short walking distance, to Birmingham, Universities, NEC, Tamworth,Lichfield and more! I am easy going, and willing to help with any queries. I have 2 gorgeous well behaved and friendly cockapoo dogs.

Double bedroom with tea/coffee making facilities. Extra snack items are provided but I do not cater for special dietary requirements! A separate private bathroom, for your own use, which has a shower over a bath. There is one double bed . One shorty bed which is only suitable for a child under 11 years of age, I also have a travel cot suitable for a baby or infant REQUEST THIS if you need it this is a terraced property in a URBAN area triple glazed windows reduce traffic noise.

Twin room in a beautifully restored 17th-century listed farmhouse with two larger-than-standard single beds (3’6”) and lovely rural views. Guests share a bathroom, kitchen, sitting and dining rooms within the guest wing with other guests if present, though numbers are kept low for a relaxed stay. Private entrance. Peaceful hamlet within walking distance of a pub, 5 mins to Albrighton, 10 mins to the M54 and close to David Austin Roses. Hosts live in a separate part of the house.

Second Floor Bedroom. Quiet location . Pet free vegetarian teetotal household. Shared use of first floor bathroom and separate toilet, ground floor shower, kitchen, large garden. Use of smoking lounge with TV and table on request. Breakfast croissants first morning only, but there is a good choice of cafes, restaurants and take-aways within 5 minutes walk. Excellent bus service to Birmingham Arena, Symphony Hall, Rep theatre and city centre 5 mins walk away. Metro 15 mins.

Book the entire wing of our beautiful farmhouse! 2 large ensuite rooms sleeping up to 6 people. There is a large sitting room and separate dining room with microwave. Full English Breakfast included using produce from the farm or sourced locally. Peaceful location, yet close to local amenities. Easy access to Ludlow, Bewdley and Bridgnorth. Large garden with seating areas and beautiul views. All the flexibility of self catering with the luxury of breakfast included!

Lovely and secluded behind electric gates, our home offers this beautiful peaceful room complete with modern day comfort to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A place to relax and become stress free. Travelling by rail is easy as one of the two stations is only 1.5 miles away taking youinto B’ham (30 mins) or Lichfield (12 mins). The historic town of Tamworth is only a short drive away with its Anglo Saxon Castle with beautiful grounds and gardens.

Spacious loft in Edwardian house with Parking

Whole private second floor and an half, including double bedroom and private bathroom, plus a unique TV/resting area, it's a green bubble at the door of the big city, ideally located 7 min walk from Kings Norton station. Spacious, quiet and cozy, our loft is on the second floor of the house, which we refurbished over the past few years while keeping its Edwardian soul. Access is via the main house entrance and through shared corridor and staircase.

Our Bed and breakfast en-suite rooms are located within the original Farmhouse with a private entrance. We have cosy, oak beamed, en-suite bedrooms with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Included Breakfast is cooked to order on our Aga using fresh local ingredients and eggs from our happy hens. However, having gained my 5 stars from Environmental Health I can offer you other meals at a reasonable extra charge. I'm au fait with allergens and can also cater for Vegetarians and Vegans. Emmanuel House offers a superb double bedroom in a 4 bedroom family house with pretty gardens to the rear. 10 mins drive to Telford Town Centre, Telford Railway station, the international exhibition Centre and the world famous Ironbridge. In the guest bedroom there is a fridge /tv/microwave oven and tea coffee are provided. . We look forward to welcoming you to our home

A mere 10 minute walk to the city centre with Cathedral, theatre, bars, restaurants and shops. Jimi, my cockerpoo, and I welcome friendly (to both of us) dogs. one rule they must not be left in the room.
