Cozy and inviting tiny house with one bedroom and loft, private entrance and driveway. Located in the historic Barelas neighborhood of Albuquerque, just a short walk from the zoo and a quick drive or bike ride away from Old Town, the Rio Grande river, and lots of tasty downtown coffee shops and restaurants. Studio is attached to a larger property but has its own peaceful little backyard that is fenced in for guest's privacy. The studio features vintage and retro decor with an Albuquerque theme.

Less than a mile walk from Route 66, near to UNM and the hospital. Albuquerque Airport is 1.8 miles away. I am available for recommendations and anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Inside this restful studio home, you'll find a comfortable queen bed, a full kitchen, a bathroom, and tasteful furnishings. The full kitchen has a microwave, a gas stove and a Keurig coffee pot. The neighborhood is safe, welcoming & walkable. You'll find tiny parks and Little Libraries scattered throughout! You'll be a drive away from the Balloon Fiesta Park and within walking distance to Nob Hill, a vibrant district on Route 66. There is an outdoor porch, and a lush and beautiful yard.

Chef's Quarters

This clean and quaint suite resides behind a newly renovated Dutch Colonial Revival, constructed in 1901. Its stylish and modern décor harmonize seamlessly with its minimalistic furnishings. It's central location puts you in walking distance to restaurants, hospitals, art galleries, mass transit, and more. It offers a full kitchen, complete with a full-size range, microwave and refrigerator. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, and refrigerated air. Washer and dryer on site! Sorry no pets!

Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.

Guest Casita Downtown/Oldtown

This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

Just in time for summer 2025, we recently installed brand new central air-conditioning at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Our guest house is behind the main house in a lovely and historic downtown Albuquerque neighborhood. There are many seating areas to enjoy in the spacious backyard. We are located within walking distance of Slow Burn Coffee, Rumor Pizza, Golden Crown Panaderia, Marble Brewery, Tiguex Park, Old Town, Explora, the local famer’s market, Lowes Grocery Store, and Civic Plaza.
