We are an eco-friendly site with ground source heating, rainwater harvesting and recycling available. Take one of the many footpaths that lead past your doorstep. Our comfortable and inviting annex is sited over a converted 200 year old barn and situated in the quiet courtyard of Rose Cottage. This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

The Nook - an idyllic rural bolt hole...

A sleeps two, barn conversion with original beams. The Nook is located at Back Tor Farm in the Edale Valley. We welcome all enquiries of three nights or more but do prefer Friday changeover dates. It is an essential part of our hosting terms that the person responsible for booking our property makes their full name and mobile number available to us in the Airbnb booking process. 3rd Party bookings are not acceptable. Your booking will be cancelled if this information is not provided.

The Tack Store, 6p barn conversion + hot tub

The Tack Store is a new barn conversion on our small farm outside the village of Silkstone. Views are some of the best in South Yorkshire, overlooking rolling hills and woodland, it's a perfect escape for those who love peace, quiet & walking. Equally we are only 1.5m from the M1 for guests wanting a more varied experience. We are child and pet friendly. We have tried really hard to create a relaxing home away from home. A hot tub will be installed for bookings April 25 onwards.

The Apple Chamber Self Contained Apartment

‘The Apple Chamber’ is a two-bed apartment (double bed and sofa bed) in a delightful 16th century Grade 2 listed farmhouse, situated in the semi-rural village of Hatfield Woodhouse.   In years gone by, the Apple Chamber was the farm’s servant’s quarters as well as being used to store fruit through winter, which is where the name originates. It has now undergone an extensive refurbishment programme to provide modern self-contained accommodation with plenty of character.

This stylish conversion sits on the edge of the Peak district, offering spacious accommodation over one level. Perfect for walking, cycling, climbing and exploring local attractions. The village pub is a short walk away, serving food throughout the year. The property itself has 2 large bedrooms, both with double beds, and an extra single sofa bed. The large dinning kitchen has French doors opening to a covered veranda, perfect for relaxing with a drink.

Enjoy a quiet break in the village of Laughton. Lots of beautiful walks and close commute to the city of Sheffield. We have 3 fishing ponds and a licensed tearoom that is open daily. We have 3 stables so this is ideal for family and friends to visit together although have separate accommodation. We accept 4 guests although this is 2 adults and 2 children. Dogs are welcome but must not be left alone in the property.
