FAMILY FRIENDLY LOFT APARTMENT IN SOUTHERN SHORES, NC Separate entry from the right side of the house. Park on the right side (stone pad on the right side ) and walk around outside shower on the right side. Walk up the stair and walk right into the brand new apartment. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon with your friends and family, without the headache of traffic and parking. The house has dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, 42-inch HDTV with YouTube TV, sound system, and fiber internet WiFi.

Minutes from beach, including stress-free Southern Shores private access parking passes. *Friday to Friday during Summer weeks to avoid weekend traffic* Check-in starter pack provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, hand & dish soap, dishwasher/laundry pods, tissues, makeup towelettes, and trash bags.

The large covered area has a grill and hot tub nearby. The pool is Heated/Cooled by heat pump and is open April through October. You have the whole house and yard.
