Sunrise Bay is only 1.8 miles from the Kitty Hawk Beach bathhouse and is centrally located to many restaurants food/convenience stores and local shops.

Sunlight fills this beautiful mid-century modern home that features 4 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms and a third Santorini inspired shower on the back deck. It is a short walk to the beach. The home is decorated with artwork and vintage decorations. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen and full bathroom. The first floor has a den, full bathroom and the 4th bedroom. We provide pillows and comforters. Bring your own towels and sheets. Money’s Worth Beach Equipment delivers linens.

Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon with your friends and family, without the headache of traffic and parking. The house has dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, 42-inch HDTV with YouTube TV, sound system, and fiber internet WiFi.

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and an escape room. Sat-Sat summer.

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
