It has its own entry with a porch, King bed, Split A/C, and back-up generator for power outages. The crows nest, yard, parking lot and driveway are shared by the other two suits. The property boarders Ramora Bay Club and Marina for easy access to food and drinks. Also a very short walk to the famous pink sand beach. Quiet, nestled in the woods and not on any roads.

Comes with a 4 seater golf cart and an outdoor gas grill. There are two spacious bedrooms with attached baths one on the main floor and one upstairs. An open kitchen, dining, living area with a pull out sofa bed. Wi-Fi internet, cable, tv and air conditioning.

Welcome to 'Tuna Can'. A small efficient space attached to my house. Hosted by Suzanne - a sassy senior, her quiet dog, and three curious cats. Close to beach, restaurants and if you rent a golf cart you will enjoy riding around and exploring Spanish Wells and Russell Island. Spanish Wells boasts safety, beauty and the beach.

Jumbay Apartment

Jumbay apartment is cosy, well equipped and comfortable. There is a coffee table that converts to a desk for working. The bedroom has two xtra large twin beds that can be converted into a king size and there is queen size pull out bed in the living room.

Sunny June Efficiency

Unit has its own private PEACEFUL space for outside lounging and relaxation. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CEILING HEIGHT IN THIS UNIT IS ONLY 6'-0"
