Shepherd's Hut Retreat

Nestled by our lake our shepherd's hut offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This quaint retreat features a comfortable bed, a small seating area, kitchen, toilet & shower also a wood burner that keeps the space toasty at night. Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

The Coach House

The Coach House is a boutique, recently renovated detached property with period features including its own private terrace. It is surrounded by gardens featuring specimen trees making it a haven for nature lovers. It is an ideal bolt-hole. The Coach House is within a 5 minute bike ride of a network of cycle paths (including the Marriot's Way) which travel through beautiful open countryside and wetlands. The Coach House is ideally situated just 30 minutes from both Norwich and the North Coast.

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Barn at The Old Ale House, pet friendly.

The Barn at The Old Ale House is completely separate from the main house, newly converted to accommodate just two people, with a mezzanine bedroom, open plan kitchen sitting room, and a modern shower room. The Barn has underfloor heating throughout, and private parking to the front along with a small private garden. Lyng is situated in the Wensum Valley close to a host of amenities riding stables,golf, fishing, the coast is within easy reach as is Norwich Dereham and Fakenham.

With a contemporary feel throughout, this light and airy lodge is open plan living at its best, offering spacious studio accommodation to couples looking for somewhere really special for their break. This is laid back luxury at its best, with a well equipped kitchen, high end shower room and a lovely sitting room. There is also a seating area outside with a firepit to relax around.
