Located near the parking , near a lot of shop, restaurant , church and work shop. It can accommodate four people, plus there is the possibility of two sofa beds for another three people. Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. The “Basilica di San Francesco” is just 200 meters away, and it’s also well connected to the train station and Santa Maria degli Angeli thanks to the bus service. The house, with an independent entrance, was elegantly renovated in 2021. It has two floors, and provides a public covered parking area in agreement with the structure.
