Big R's Retreat Secluded and located in Nature

Welcome to our home: where we have found peace and relaxation for over 20 years. A German native, Big R fell in love with the open land and rolling hills of Wisconsin, becoming a US citizen in the 80s. He met Curly, a Chicago city girl, who brought a little city to his country life. They enjoy raising buffalo and spending warmer days on their porch enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views (with no mosquitos!). Now they want to share their idyllic and peaceful home with you. Drive down a dead-end road and pull up to a rustic cabin filled with high-tech and cozy amenities. We have something for everyone with a gas fireplace, tv (complete with dish, Cinemax, HBO and a Bluetooth sound system), board games and a full kitchen. Take a drink outside to soak in the hot tub or sit around the campfire. When the day is done, you will fall asleep instantly on the memory foam bed, either in the loft or the bedroom, and wake up to a beautiful sunrise looking out over your little getaway.

Spring Green River Pines

Spend a few days in the beautiful countryside. A private entrance to the lower level of home (completely separate from our home) that includes a central room, 2 bedrooms with kitchenette, & 1 lg bath. WiFi >500 Mbps speed. Smart 60" TV, Bluetooth Airplay/stream compatible. Parking on sight. Great location 5 min from beautiful downtown Spring Green. Close to APT, Taliesin/Frank Lloyd Wrights Home/School, House on the Rock, WI River, Gov. Dodge State Park and 1/2 hr to Devils Lake State Park.

Chestnut Cottage

Built in 1890, Chestnut Cottage is located in the heart of the historic district within easy walking distance of shops, galleries, restaurants and historic sites. The Cottage features a comfortable living room, bright dining room, country kitchen, first floor bathroom and two upstairs bedrooms with one queen bed and one twin bed. Chestnut Cottage features artwork by prominent local artists. Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD/CD players are included. Complimentary coffee/tea service. Minimum two night stay.

Tree Bear Cabin, on a 67 acre Tree Farm

Step away from the demands of life into this hidden gem. Tree Bear Cabin is a 100% real wood log cabin above the bustle of town, nestled among a 67-acre tree farm. Enjoy the quiet of the forest, and the cozy cabin interior. Play games on the wide lawn, explore the trails throughout the property, and make the most of your trip with our noon check-in time and 4 pm check-out times! Activities close by include fishing, kayaking, hiking, wine tasting, UTV Tours, and visiting local shops & Orchards!

The Toay House

Unique, historic “rock house” in Mineral Point, WI! Centrally located, Toay House was built by Cornish immigrant Peter Toay in 1856. This historic gem will satisfy the most discerning guests. The Spring Water Retreat -@MillCreekCabinsWI

After crossing a narrow path along the lake you will find the entrance to the Spring Water Retreat at Mill Creek Cabins. The remains of an old farmhouse now welcome our guests to a warm, secure, escape from the everyday. This secluded space is the perfect place to relax in the woods.​ With no TV and large windows looking out over the lake, the focus is on the outdoors. Despite the remote location, a high-speed internet connection is available to keep you connected throughout your stay. ​

TB2 Apartment

Welcome to TB2, a beautifully updated two-bedroom apartment located on the lower level of the Steampunk Manor B & B. While housed in the same building, this apartment is completely separate from the bed and breakfast, offering guests privacy, comfort, and a space all their own—including a private entrance. Spend a day on the breathtaking Wisconsin River (just down the road), visit a local favorite in Vickie's Cafe or partake in a wine tasting session at the gorgeous & scenic nearby Wild Hills Winery.

Located on 5 wooded acres just past Spring Green, make this cozy cabin (with fast wifi, heat and A/C!) your HQ as you explore American Players Theater, House on the Rock, Taliesin, state parks, the WI River, wineries and more. Watch for deer and birds while sipping coffee on the porch, roast marshmallows over the campfire, bust out the board games and make lifelong memories!

River Valley Retreat

Enjoy your stay in the Spring Green area! This private apartment occupies the entire lower level of our home and features its own private entrance. Located on the edge of town, you’re close to everything. Clean, comfortable, and highly rated, it includes a queen bedroom plus space for up to 4 more guests (single bed, sectional, air mattress), a stocked kitchenette (no stove), dining area, bathroom, foosball, and private patio.

Riverview Cabin, LLC

Welcome to our rustic, small cabin overlooking the lower Wisconsin River. We are close to many area attractions including Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin, House on the Rock, American Players Theater, Wisconsin Dells, and much more! Activities include canoeing, kayaking, hunting, fishing, shopping in quaint villages, or just relaxing watching the river... Our cabin is easy to get to and close to area villages.
