Footbridge Farm Cabin

Footbridge Farm is a quiet country get-away located on 90 wooded acres, 15 miles NE of Decorah. We are close to the mouth of Canoe Creek, the Upper Iowa River and adjacent to state DNR land. The cozy owner-built cabin has an open ceiling with exposed beams and rafters giving a sense of spaciousness. Local stone was used in the exterior walls and the floor-to-ceiling fire back behind the wood-burning stove. The floors are oak and slate. Detailed craftsmanship can be found throughout the cabin.

Enjoy the onsite wooded hiking trails, golf across the highway at Ferndale Golf Club, enjoy the SE Mn. biking trail or tube/canoe/kayak the Root River- both only 2 miles away. Snowmobilers-jump right on the trail from the property!

Clear your mind at this modern, fully furnished cabin in heart of the Driftless region of MN, WI, and IA. Built in 2016, this truly unique space has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. There is plenty of space inside the cabin. The cabin contains two private rooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen bed. In the summer months there is also opportunity to camp, with 4 acres of luscious green space + some woodlands! Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and Traeger grill!

Quiet neighborhood just minutes to downtown La Crosse and the movie theatre. Upon entering you are greeted with an open floorplan. All bedrooms are located on one level. The main bedroom sleeps 2. The cozy bedroom #2 sleeps 1. In the living room an oversized sectional has a pull out bed that sleeps 2. Pet fee is $25 with a maximum of 2.

La Crosse is super close to enjoy skiing/snowboarding. Goose Island is 5 minutes away. Great spot for bird watching, fishing, kayaking, boat launches, hiking or frisbee golf. Pets are welcome. Welcome to Hus av Blomster - a charming, century-old retreat tucked into the heart of Spring Grove, Minnesota’s first Norwegian settlement. It's a "pretty. neat. small town." with a lot going on. Fat Pat's Brewery, Rock Filter Distillery, a small art gallery, the Spring Grove Cinema, an aquatic center, beautiful parks, and more are just a couple of blocks away from this cozy century home! But even with so much going on, it's a relaxing and quiet place to visit.
