The Saddlerock Guesthouse is located just 2 miles inside the Colorado/New Mexico border. Branson is home to beautiful views of mesas and wide-open prairies. If you are looking for a quiet, quaint place to relax or go hiking, the Guesthouse is a perfect fit! Branson is a small town with hardly any amenities, so if you are looking to get away from it all, this is your place! We have had several Guests stay for the express purpose of star gazing! Very well-furnished 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom mountain cabin with a king bed, pull out sofa bed in the living area, and a toddler bed in the master bedroom. Full kitchen, 2 large tv's with satellite programming, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the nice large deck.

This little historic home was built just before the turn of the century and was one of the early homes in Raton. If you have a larger group please consider booking the Casita and/ or the Gallery House as well! They sit right next door and are equally cool spots! Thoughtfully updated to maintain its historic charm and add modern amenities. We've added fiber-optic wifi, mini split heat, and air, recessed LED lighting, a 5-burner gas range with oven, flat screen smart TV, and lots of original art!

The cabin is about 450 sq. ft. and is fully furnished (microwave, fridge, stove, pots/pans/dishes/utensils) has a kiva fireplace, a full size bed for singles, couples or Mom and Dad with bunk beds for the kids and a TV to play games or watch videos. Fishing is just a few minutes away, and depending on the season, golf and skiing are nearby too.
