This rental is on my residence property on lower level. Private entrance and adequate parking for boat. Quiet and secluded neighborhood. Walking distance to lake with beach access for swimming and fishing. Boat Marina is a mile away in state park. Public golf course 6 miles. Short 20 minute scenic drive to Yankton with shopping, movie theatre, fish hatchery, parks and water park opening 2021. Boat/Jet Ski rental information available. Beautiful sunsets. River View Escape

Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

Relax with your whole family at this private 3 acre home located 3/4 of a mile from historic downtown. This property is a short bike ride or walk into town where all amenities are located. This newly renovated home offers a private 150 feet beach on the Verdigris Creek. Depths ranges from a few inches to 2 feet deep. This private beach is perfect for relaxing while reading a book, or watching your kids enjoying the water all day.

The Copper Lodge

River front property with plenty of parking! The copper lodge is located at 41059 main rd Springfield, SD 57062. The lodge consists of 900 sq ft living quarters with 1 King and 6- twin xl beds. A concrete patio for grilling and entertaining. There is a fire pit that guests are able to use. If you enjoy fishing, hunting, and boating, then you would be coming to the right place. The public boat dock is nearby.
