Located minutes from Nordic Mountain & less than an hour from the EAA & world-class golf courses. Enjoy summer sun and water activities, barbecuing on the deck, and s'mores at the fire pit, or ice fishing & snow skiing in the winter.

Spend your days on the water and your nights by the fire under the stars. Peaceful, playful, and packed with charm—Blue Pearl Cottage is where summer memories are made! Ever wanted to see what goes on in a commercial bakery? Imagine waking to the aroma of baking bread and cinnamon rolls? Get a bird's eye view into the kitchen of the Village Hive Bakery Kitchen while staying in the newly renovated "flatlet". Salvaged & repurposed building supplies used to create a unique studio apartment above the bakery retail. Guests can enjoy the retail farmhouse table and comfortable seating space by the Main Street picture window. Cooking/baking classes available.

The property is conveniently located across the street from the Mt. Morris Mill, Dam Good Coffee Shop, and The Trading Post Bar & Restaurant. The Mt. Morris Chain of Lakes features 5 connected lakes. Water sports are permitted on multiple lakes. An optional pontoon rental can be added to the rental.
