It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. The south coast beaches of Porthpean, Pentewen, Par and Carlyon Bay are within 10-20 minutes drive. Within walking distance of the cottage is the beautiful harbour village of Charlestown with its bars and restaurants and access to the SW coast path, a large supermarket 5 minutes away and the train and bus stations for local travel.

Connie's Cottage, Charlestown

For just two people, Connie's Cottage stands within 250 metres of Charlestown's famous harbour and beaches and of the South West Coast Path. Stone built and with many original beams and slate floors the cottage is very characterful but has been sympathetically modernised and includes gas fired central heating. There is non-restricted car parking available immediately to the rear of the cottage however in high season it may be necessary to park in the nearby pay car park.

The Annexe has been newly built from scratch to provide a home from home for guests. The Annexe is a 5 minute walk from the local sports centre with a soft play and swimming pool and a large park with a café opposite. We are also very close to the train and bus routes to the rest of Cornwall and local attractions (such as Charlestown, The Eden project and The lost gardens of Heligan to name but a few) so guests do not necessarily need to drive to make the most of their stay.
