The highlight of the penthouse is the large panoramic terrace, furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for breakfasts, lunches, or dinners outdoors, offering a stunning view of Livorno’s canals and the Central Market. IMPORTANT: -During your stay, a city tax will be charged of €1 per person during the low season (November–March) and €2.50 per person during the high season (April–October), for a maximum of 7 nights per guest. -To complete the stay, guests must present the required identification documents to the host for data registration in the Municipality of Livorno’s accommodation portal, in compliance with current regulations.

The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Front-Row Seaside is a beautiful apartment, located in Calambrone, with an amazing view of the sea and fantastic sunsets! The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! It has a personal entrance with a common parking, the parking is a 2 minute walk. It has all important shops at a walking distance. Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.

I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.
