Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

This fully insulated suite has Air-Con, heaters, a large shower, Smart TV, WiFi, working/eating space, & access via locked gates on the driveway, with free off street parking.

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Lodge has large bedroom en-suite with a separate shower, jacuzzi bath and sauna. Wonderful open plan kitchen dining and living room with exceptional views and private decking. Lodge is fully equipped plus fast broadband for working remotely. The village has 2 pubs and shop. Easy access to motorway.

Charming character cottage - 2 bedrooms

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Melbourne is a vibrant little town with plenty of history and culture, offering lots to see and do in the area, and in good walking country.

The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

You will be comfortable in our house, full of character. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, and one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.
