Spacious, newly renovated central apartement

Spacious top apartment (95 sqm or 3-4 hotel rooms) Newly renovated to a high standard in a style that respects the location - between the Jugund style wooden villas and the revamped, trendy old industry area "stavanger øst". About 12 min walk from the city center and just 2 blocks from stop with regular buses. The ferry terminal and Goddalen coastal walk are close by. There is a shared garden, and a roof terrace with great views, however the terrace is not finished. Not suitable for parties.

Welcome to Badehusgata 14! This cozy house is located in a popular and central area right by Badedammen. You’ll be within walking distance of both downtown Stavanger and the vibrant district of Stavanger East. In the summer, Badedammen is a favorite hangout for both kids and adults, featuring a sandy beach, beach volleyball court, and green space for picnics and relaxation. Just about 100 meters from the house, you’ll find floating saunas, where you can enjoy a warm steam with beautiful views.

Beautiful view with sun all day. Free parking with electric car charger included in the price. Both buses and city bikes nearby, which quickly take you to the center of Stavanger in about fifteen minutes. We have a cat that becomes part of the rent, she can live in the laundry room where she has her own entrance.

It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse. Perfect with small kids - relax in the jacuzzi after hike or when kids are sleeping. We have babychairs,babybed etc. Well equipped kitchen, homeoffice with 2screens Pets not allowed

Hus i sjøkanten ved Lysefjorden

Skap minner for livet ved sjøkanten til Lysefjorden. I fra stua ser det nesten ut som du er på sjøen. Terassestue til kalde kvelder. Skjermet uteplass med boblebad og sjøutsikt. Rett nedenfor er det små strender til å kose seg på. SUP brett inkludert i prisen. 100 meter i fra ligger Lysefjorden Marina som har matbutikk og hjemmebakeri. Her starter også ryfylke adventures sine nydelige båtturer inn Lysefjorden. De har også utleie av båt uten skipper. 20 minutt å kjøre til prekestolen.

This is a fantastic property in the outer lysefjord with very good standard and practical solutions. Wake up to the waves and enjoy the day at the seaside or at the sea. This property is in a beautiful location right on the seafront with its own pier in front of the cottage. Parking just behind the cottage. The cottage is 90 m2. Well-equipped nest cabin with a shipsparket in the living room, loft room and 4 bedrooms make this a place for the whole family. Possibility to rent a boat.
