Ilios House Is ideally located right inside the medieval old town of Rhodes in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100m away from the old town’s market place. The house was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat.The ground floor includes a living room with aged mosaic floor, comfortable kitchen with refrigerator ,microwave ,cooking area and a washing machine, coffee maker, toaster etc and an inspiring bathroom. The first floor is the place of the bedroom in which at least four persons can sleep comfortably. The house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, towels , bedding ,hair dryer, iron, and boards, tv, dvd, wireless internet connection for your laptop. Is great for a couple and also for families with 2 adults & 2 - 3 kids,and for adults company or teenagers company. Just a few meters away from the building , is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Tavernas and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go daily on trips to other Dodecanese islands or to other beaches in Rhodes . Together with the Ilios Apartment next door we can accommodate up to 7 persons

Our studio is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with one kid and animals lovers. The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach. It is only 25km from the old town of Rhodes and Lindos. If our studio is rented, please check our house, Olive Tree Farm Rhodes, you can rent it for two persons. Great for friends or bigger families. The house is located just 10m from the sea, at Stegna Beach. It has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with a couch - bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and even a fireplace. there is also a spacious yard with 2 sunbeds so you can rest and sunbathe! it is 100m from the bus stop and the local shops and restaurants. There is also a parking space just outside the house. The city of Rhodes is 32Km away and Lindos is 19Km away, while Faliraki is 15Km.

Ένας ζεστός χώρος , σε απόσταση μόλις 10 μέτρων από την θάλασσα σας περιμένει για να φιλοξενήσει τις πιο ευχάριστες καλοκαιρινές σας διακοπές στην Ρόδο.Η εξοχική κατοικία περιλαμβάνει έναν ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας και καθιστικού , ένα δωμάτιο με κουκέτα, ντουλάπα και βιβλιοθήκη , ιδανικό για παιδικό δωμάτιο.Επίσης διαθέτει έναν σοφά που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 2 έως 4 άτομα και τέλος ένα μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα.

Magnificent view with a large courtyard in front of the house, the sea is about 5 meters away. The indoor space is 90 sq.m and the local area is quiet. The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed . The first floor has a large bedroom with a large bed for two people and a second bedroom with two single beds. Also there is a small restroom.

Το Blue House βρίσκεται στην άκρη της παραλίας Στεγνά , μόλις 20 μέτρα μακριά από την θάλασσα .Είναι ιδανικό για ήρεμες , γαλήνιες διακοπές τόσο για ένα ζευγάρι όσο και για μια οικογένεια με ένα ή δύο μικρά παιδιά . Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την ιδιωτικότητα που παρέχει η θέση του σπιτιού και συνάμα τις ανέσεις που παρέχει η περιοχή , όπως θαλάσσια σπορ , ταβέρνες, καφέ και μίνι μάρκετ .
