This newly renovated unit boasts unobstructed views across Newcastle’s working harbor and the beautiful Ballast grounds. Includes Queen-sized bed and ensuite, with shampoo, conditioner and all linen provided. Both living areas have bifold doors to take in the ocean views from Newcastle Heads to Nelson Bay - bifold doors open out to balcony upstairs, bifold doors access a private garden downstairs. Fabulous for families or 2 couples. Sleeps 4 adults + 2 kids. NB: Requests for more than 4 Adults will not be accepted, we will not accept any request by people on behalf of others (the person booking must be the person staying).

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property.
