Sunny Waterfront Home Overlooking Blueberry Field

5 acres of lawns, gardens, and meadows and a gentle rocky beach on Blue Hill's Salt Pond, a protected inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. The house has two bedrooms and baths on the main level and an two additional bedrooms, bathroom, and living space downstairs.

Acadia National Park ocean front & garden cottages

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

Belfast Ocean Breeze

Welcome to an exquisite retreat nestled on a tranquil dead-end lane in the thriving coastal town of Belfast. With private access to Belfast City Park and Ocean, this charming space offers unparalleled privacy and serenity, and boasting breathtaking views of Penobscot Bay and beyond. The exceptional grounds offer an ideal setting for relaxation with the added allure of explorations along the shoreline or tennis/ pickleball at park/ year round hot tub. Near downtown and Rt. 1. No parties.

Lavender by the Sea

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

The Barn

I call my place "The Barn" because as I was finishing it it took the shape and feel of a barn. It's not a barn. It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton, Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor. The bathroom is huge, 10X10, with a heated floor. It's an open concept kitchen and living space. From Appleton you are 20 miles away from the tourist destinations of Camden, Rockland, and Belfast.

The Acadia House on Westwood

Relax with the whole family at this tranquil centrally located place to stay. Slowly unwind at this lovingly remodeled entire home. Enjoy a peaceful walk down the quiet family friendly street its nestled on, or quickly arrive at all the areas attractions. The house is located in Ellsworth Maine and although shops, restaurants, local lakes, Acadia National Park and area attractions are only a quick drive away, the home feels soothing, very safe, secluded and welcoming to all.

Secluded Retreat w/ Luxe Hot Tub & Forest Views

Tucked near the woods of Maine, this peaceful cabin offers the perfect escape. Soak in the private hot tub under the stars, curl up by the electric woodstove, or work remotely with fast Wi-Fi and forest views. The cabin features a comfy king bed, full kitchen, clean modern bath, and self check-in. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom or take a short drive to explore Belfast and the coast. Beautiful home located in a private and tranquil area in Cape Jellison. Offering plenty of space to spread out in the living and sleeping areas, as well as the spacious yard. A 10 Minute drive to Sandy Beach, over at Sandy Point in Stockton Springs. Close drive to popular areas for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Acadia National Park is within a 1 Hour Drive.
