Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access (if you bring your own) and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

Blue Heron, recently renovated with modern amenities, is conveniently located near local art, culture, restaurants, and fine dining. Its beautiful Burnt Cove sunsets, peaceful private settings, and natural ambiance make it a favorite among couples, solo adventurers, and families. The spacious front lawn offers ample space for relaxation. Just a short walk away, you can enjoy a lobster bake on the shore, launch your kayak in the backyard, or explore the local shops within a mile’s reach.

Stonington Harbor Cottage

SPECIAL: 10% discount for a 28+ day stay. This bright and cozy two-room TINY HOUSE was built in 2018 as a honeymoon suite. A full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and propane grill. Parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed only, with a 45 lb weight limit, $40 pet fee. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.

Silver Oak/Ocean Frontage

Beautiful new ocean front home. Located in Deer Isle. Private location. Yet close to everything Deer Isle/Stonington has to offer. There are three private king bedrooms and a fourth with six built into the wall extra-long twins. Three full baths. The master bath has a large walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub and dry sauna. Very tastefully decorated with almost every amenity a guest can imagine. Stunning views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, dining room and master suite.

Loft/Barn at Binna Burra

The barn/loft is a post and beam barn that was built in 2006 with lumber milled from the island. Nestled in the private spruce woods, but only a mile from Stonington village and across from the water. There is lots of space in the barn that is exclusively yours. The barn has lots of ambience, charm and art. The sleeping loft with the queen bed is just up the stairway. The ground level has a living room space, a private “ bathroom” with a compost toilet and a small kitchenette.

Ferry Keeper’s Cottage: Deer Isle (Waterviews)

The Ferrykeeper’s Cottage is a light filled oasis, surrounded by water, meadows & views of the famous Eggemoggin Reach. Our cottage offers handcrafted counters, stone sinks, & oceanic tile to create a unique setting. 3 houses to the beach. Borrow a kayak & explore our shore. Property borders Scott’s Landing - a treasure trove of birds, sand dollars, porpoises, seals & a family of foxes. *Queen bed + flip down sofa (latter suitable for 1 adult OR 2 small kids)
